Yes! Checks should be made payable to WellPower with an attached note indicating the fundraiser’s name. Once we receive the payment, it will be processed and added to your fundraising goal by an admin in Philanthropy.

We prefer not to handle cash donations, but if you have someone donating to your page by cash, please collect the following donor information and connect with Philanthropy (philanthropy@wellpower.org) ASAP to schedule a drop off.

Yes, all donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

For gifts made by credit card, a donation receipt will be automatically emailed to the address provided at the time of the donation.

For gifts made by check, a donation receipt will be mailed to the donor by Philanthropy.

For in-kind contributions, the donor will fill out one of our in-kind donation forms. The donor will keep the white copy of the form after completion and this serves as their donation receipt.
