Resources for You
About These Resources
We have put together a set of resources to make sure you have all the tools you need to access the internet and our services. If you have questions, we invite you to contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
Start Here
We want to make sure you have everything you need to start accessing services through video calls. Each button will take you to a different section on this page with information to assist you in gathering the tools you need.
I need help with:
Getting Access to Internet
WiFi at Home
Access to the internet is an important part of our ability to provide services to you. Comcast is offering their Internet Essentials package for $10 per month.
Creating an Email Address
An important part of using video call services with WellPower is for you to have an email address. Having an email address is free, does not require a lot of personal information and allows us to video chat with you on our secure video platform.
Google's Gmail program is an easy, fast and reliable way to create an email account.
The video to the right can walk you through how to create a Gmail account. For captions, click the small "CC" button in the lower right-hand corner of the video screen. Captions are available in English and Spanish. To change the language, click on the gear wheel in the bottom right corner, select "Subtitles" and choose the language you prefer.
Paperwork for Services
WellPower staff may review some or all of the forms listed below with you by video call. Staff will answer questions you have to make sure you understand the content. They will ask for your verbal agreement to the content of these forms and will document your agreement.
WellPower is now using the DocuSign system for electronically signing documents. It is a safe, secure and legally binding way to electronically sign documents. DocuSign eliminates manual tasks and increases convenience for individuals and employees. For information on using DocuSign for electronically signing your forms at WellPower, download the guide in English or in Spanish. If you want more information about DocuSign, you may visit www.docusign.com.
Before or during your first Telehealth appointment, your clinical team will ask you to sign a Telehealth Consent Form. You can review the form in both English and Spanish below.
Each of the drop down options below contains downloadable forms. To download the form, click on the drop-down plus sign, then click on the link in your preferred language.
Preparing for a Video Therapy Session
If you and your clinical team have decided to use video calls for your services, you will need Microsoft Teams installed on either your personal smartphone or computer.
Please download the appropriate guide to walk you through the installation process by clicking on the buttons below.
Download the WellPower App
We have recently released an app for WellPower that will allow you to sign paperwork, receive appointment reminders, get directions if you have an in-person appointment and engage in telehealth appointments directly from the app. Download the guide below to get started:
